There is real horror in the world. Movies don't even come close. I interpret it as living with some kind of psychological problem.. maybe bi-polar or shizophrenia (I'm no expert here). I like the style and the down to earth coloring.

Wow so much effort it's also great that you actually post some progress images (more people should do that!) I have to say, I'm not an artist but a musician, but I prefer the 3rd progress image. Maybe because I just like it more "clean". That's just my point though :) I see the effort in color and shading but I prefer black+white on this one :) Do you use Illustrator for coloring or what software?

Yes, I also like the lineart more as well. Unfortunately, I was on a deadline so I couldn't colour and shade it as well as I would've liked, but I may return to it at some point. I'm currently using the app IbispaintX for most of my work.

I actually used sketchbook to make this on I-pad because my pc was freaking out. I found it useful because of all the different brushes but mainly because of the blood splatter brush they have which saved me soooooooooo much time.

Love your style. The overbite (or underbite) and the shadows make it look brutal (in a good way) and the perspective of the "camera" gives it a claustrophobic feel! Love the atmosphere. I follow you and maybe you make of this intense style.
